For our Global Tooling department in either Aalborg or Brande within Offshore Operation, Technology and Standards we are looking for a passionate process specialist to drive our processes, tools & methods enabling efficient business operation. The Process and Systems team in Global Tooling is responsible for development of new and management of existing processes, procedures and the supporting elements like systems and documentation for tools and equipment development used to manufacture Blades and assembly Nacelles in our production facilities around the world. We cover the entire equipment lifecycle from sketches of the equipment concept to use and maintenance within the production and later dismantling of the equipment.

How to contribute to our vision

  • Develop (design and implement) and maintain our global process landscape together with their supporting elements (system, documentation, KPI’s etc.).
  • Ensure the execution of existing processes as designed, by supporting and training the organization, updating processes regularly in our Process management system.
  • In close collaboration with process owners and other stakeholders identify & carry out process improvements, ensure processes are aligned and fully integrated with other parts of SGRE organization and their different stakeholders.
  • Run internal projects like cost-out and digitalization, continuous improvement & Management ad-hoc requests.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • A candidate that holds a Bachelor or Master degree within Business Development, International business, continues improvement, lean or similar.
  • Experience with business process management
  • Advanced user of MS Office 365 with strong flair for IT tools and systems in general.
  • As a person you are self-driven and proactive, capable of multitasking, structuring own work assignment and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with people across all organizational level.
  • Willing to travel approx. 30 days per year.
