We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager who can take our L&D function to the next level and ensure we optimize on digital learning opportunities. The L&D function provides project manager, leadership and business development training and covers both operations and development of new digital training and instructor lead programmes. The job
As our new Learning & Development Manager, you will lead an internal L&D function with five dedicated HR professionals from both Lithuania and Denmark who are responsible for driving and developing learning activities in COWI. You will report to the Senior Vice President of People & Communication.
You are passionate about helping people learn and grow, and you will play a key role in setting the overall direction for the L&D team while ensuring successful implementation of online- and e-learning programs. You will lead the L&D agenda in cooperation with the global organisation, the senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Solid track record within developing and implementing competencies development programs in international organisations and proven experience as a L&D Manager. Furthermore, you have current knowledge of effective L&D methods, digital learning technologies and e-learning platforms and practices. Experience with project management and consulting is an advantage.

Qualifications

Experience with project management and consulting is an advantage.
Furthermore, you have:
- A Master´s degree within relevant field
- Five years of leadership experience preferably within L&D
- Experience within digital training/learning & development solutions
- Ability to operate independently and ‘hands on’ as well as having the ability to work in a team
- Strong presentation skills (orally and in writing/presentations)
- Fluency in spoken and written English + knowledge of Scandinavian languages
