Join our Energy Team

Our Energy Team are working with green energy projects worldwide. We represent a truly international and dynamic environment and undertake projects in many parts of the world.

As our new Business Development and Tender Assistant at our Esbjerg office, you will support our managers with business development and our project managers with day-to-day proposals and project management tasks. In addition, you will support our Energy teams in the local office.

We keep an informal tone, and there is much flexibility in the position including working-from-home. As we collaborate with colleagues and entities globally, you should occasionally be willing to work outside normal office hours to accommodate for meetings with colleagues or clients in the US or Asian time zones.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Project support for medium and high complexity tenders in the green energy sector
  • Maintain processes and tools relevant for tender process (superuser)
  • Tender strategy and stakeholder management
  • Tender planning and coordination with internal stakeholders as well as partners and sub-contractors
  • Preparation of tender value propositions and executive summaries
  • Decision gate processes incl. presentations and management briefs
  • Contract closing and project hand-over to production
  • Cooperation with Business Development/Sales on market strategies

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Trained communicator with solid communications toolbox
  • Experience from running an administrative function
  • Professional English language skills, both written and verbal. Danish language skills are an advantage but not a necessity
  • Experience from the Energy industry or other technical sectors
  • Good technical understanding and/or curious to learn

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:

  • Comfortable in a role where you act as the process driver and focal point for many queries
  • Able to cope with shifting priorities and sometimes tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented but also able to delegate tasks
