In the year of 2000 Hove was established with the purpose of improving the level of service and maintenance of wind turbines. From only working in the wind industry, their products are now also used and applied in many other industry segments.
Your new role
As their new BD Manager you will create a strategy for gaining market share in the global container terminal industry. You will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. You have to research new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. At the same time you will work closely together with key stakeholders within the Commercial Team. You will also be managing all communication between key stakeholders at the account and their counterparts in Hove.
What you'll need to succeed
Between minimum 5 and 10 years of work experience. Enough seniority to be capable to perform this position and its scope (stakeholder management).
Existing network and relationships within Containers Terminals sector.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s
A minimum technical knowledge
Solid work experience within new sales
Work experience within Containers Terminals sector
Experience with technical systems and solutions
Knowledge or good understanding of IOT/Software sales
Existing business network within the container terminal industry/cranes.
