Senior IT Analyst, Høje Taastrup
We are looking for an IT analyst with experience within the Credit Risk area, where we are automating the credit decision process extending the use of application scorecards and new data sources. This is an opportunity for you to facilitate this change by ensuring that a common direction is set together with business, IT, Group Credit Risk Management, and external vendors.

You’ll join Exploration and Requirement (Banking Technology) - Team 2, where we help our business stakeholders in designing innovative and outstanding products and solutions with focus on the customer added value (benefit) and ongoing risk mitigation. Furthermore, we support IT initiatives across Banking Technology and this specific role is within Credit Risk.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Exploration and Requirement (Banking Technology) - Team 2, where we help our business stakeholders in designing innovative and outstanding products and solutions with focus on the customer added value (benefit) and ongoing risk mitigation. Furthermore, we support IT initiatives across Banking Technology and this specific role is within Credit Risk.
What you’ll be doing:
- As Senior IT Analyst you will work across business areas in the Nordics to mature and specify requirements together with our delivery teams. We are working with distributed teams, so excellent communication skills and working experience with offshore teams is important. Interacting with solution vendors on a technical level is also a key task.
- As mediator among our business, development teams, and our external vendors you secure that the communication is working well between the relevant people. You work closely with our development teams, product owners and business partners and hubs that Credit Risk Capability supports.
- In the daily work you will support our development teams with well-documented requirement descriptions, facilitating workshops, take part in backlog refinement together with our product owners and drive analysis work for upcoming epics and features.

Your profile and background:
- You have an academic degree within IT, Engineering or similar
- You have several years of experience in automating credit decisions processes and technical implementation of application scorecards. Knowledge of tools for credit decision automation like for example Experian’s Power Curve is important.
- You understand and care for people with different needs and demands.
- You can drive analysis tasks and facilitate that people reach a common understanding and conclusion. By using agile practices you shape user stories and convey business knowledge into actionable artifacts like acceptance criteria, examples and rules, for the development teams.
- Your people skills are very good and you inspire and motivate people to take part in the work while at the same time being able to facilitate and achieve results to reach a goal.
- You handle conflicts openly and take part of making the decision process transparent.
- It is natural for you to take responsibility and use your people skills along with communication and analysis skills to drive a task. Collaboration and communication across business and IT is easy for you and you enjoy working with people from different cultures.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
