We are a highly automated factory and need someone who is motivated by building relations and working across departments in order to achieve the best sustainable solution for our facility and right now we are looking for a new colleague.
About the department
You will be part of the Local IT Compliance and System Management unit consisting of 13 highly skilled System Managers, Compliance and GMP Coordinators, Architects and SME’s with daily collaboration with end-users, colleagues and stakeholders across the site as well as with vendors. We work in a unit with the aim to secure high quality and compliance of the Sites critical IT systems and infrastructure settings.
Our main focus is on IT governance, security, System Life Cycle, minor projects and our license to operate. The department is characterised by strong collaboration and good team spirit, and functions as anchor point for IT-functions and projects across DFP Site Hillerød.
The Position
As a MES Business Analyst you will play a key role towards our MES System PAS-X. You will become one of our subject matter experts of PAS-X, and your job is to support, develop and maintain our local PAS-X instances.
You will be part of a local IT Team, maintaining our local IT PAS-X instances but you will also be assigned to local projects. In each project you will cooperate with the End Users regarding aspects such as gap analysis, designing business processes, configuration, documentation and validation of processes. It will also be your responsibility to prepare training material and train the End users. In all your work, you will align the solutions and facilitate sharing of best practice, knowledge and visions across our facility.
Qualifications
Preferably, you hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree within Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar backed by 2+ years of relevant experience in general good practice within MES, IT & Automation and you are used to work with GxP validation of IT systems in a regulated production environment.
It is an advantage if you have solid knowledge on PAS-X or another comparable MES system. To succeed in this job, you must be able to bridge your technical MES knowledge with local business requirements to identify and collect data for a structured analysis.
As a person you take ownership and is capable of planning and driving a task to completion. You are structured in approach, have a good analytical sense and a quality mind-set. It goes without saying that you are a strong team player, happy to share information, workload, and experience.
Furthermore, you are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in an organization. You are required to have good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English.
