About the department

In this temporary position (two years), you will have the unique opportunity to drive a strategically crucial business transformation project across multiple processes and geographies and take active part in shaping the way we build our future regulatory capabilities. You will join the Regulatory Affairs TRACK Programme department which is responsible for several transformational process and IT projects. In TRACK, we drive the Organisational Change Management activities of the projects towards our internal customers and stakeholders in Novo Nordisk worldwide. We also contribute to the design and alignment of the new business processes. We are a team of 10 highly motivated and engaged employees situated in Søborg, Denmark. We work closely with our stakeholders in headquarters in Denmark and Bangalore, India, and with our affiliates worldwide to ensure simple and robust new processes and solutions that will benefit our business. Global Regulatory Affairs is an exciting area involved across the full value chain. We are responsible for global regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain regulatory licenses for current and future products, responsive to the worldwide business needs of Novo Nordisk.

The position

The OCM Professional will assist in driving the OCM strategy in one or more projects in close collaboration with the project manager(s) and the OCM Lead. The key purpose is to build change readiness of the organisation through targeted communication, training and mobilisation activities. Engaging the organisation in embracing and adopting the desired impact of the change will ensure that the projects maximise their benefit realisation. As OCM Professional, you are part of managing the change during and after the transformation projects. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across projects and establishing a clear future vision for the stakeholders. You will build communication and training plans, create materials and execute on mobilisation and communication activities. You will be part of designing, implementing and monitoring change impact and readiness assessments. In addition to this, you will support the OCM Lead with various cross-functional change management activities in the TRACK programme.This role is a temporary position for 2 years, and it is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on business performance and shape the future of Global Regulatory Affairs, where you will be expected to drive positive change and deliver high standards of execution.

Qualifications

You are a change manager and/or communicator with more than three years of previous experience – preferably from the pharmaceutical industry. You have a broad business understanding and have extensive experience with global OCM activities. You have prior experience in managing change for large business transformation initiatives, business process definition, optimisation and reengineering.

You have a master’s degree in a relevant field such as organisational development, communications, business administration, psychology etc. You have both experience and formal training in project management. Experience with working in an agile project within the SAFe framework is an advantage.
