Are you a structured and detail-oriented coordinator with experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement? Our client, FMC, is looking for an engaged and proactive EMEA Relabeling Coordinator to ensure the efficient and timely relabeling of goods. You will become part of a dynamic team where collaboration and flexibility are key.

The team you will be joining, EMEA Tolling, consists of five skilled colleagues, as well as four additional team members across Europe. It is a dynamic and close-knit team with an informal tone, where everyone helps each other.

We are looking for someone with experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, who has strong analytical skills and the ability to structure large amounts of information into a clear plan. You are a team player who can maintain an overview in a busy work environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a dynamic setting where priorities can shift quickly.
You communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and since the working language is English, you must be professionally fluent in both spoken and written English.
You have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly expert-level Excel, and preferably SAP. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and an understanding of production and goods movement would be an advantage. A relevant educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement is also beneficial.

- Responsible for on-time, compliant, efficient, and quality-assured relabeling of goods.
- Planning and coordinating relabeling activities in collaboration with Supply Planning, Logistics, Regulatory, Quality, and Procurement.
- Developing detailed schedules based on capacity and demand.
- Coordinating shipments and ensuring proper documentation.
- Managing daily communication with various stakeholders across departments and countries.
- Handling IT systems such as SAP for placing purchase orders, performing goods receipt, and working with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Automate.

Practical Information
