Ensure successful recruitment and retention of patients in clinical studies
As a Media Activation Manager for patient recruitment in clinical trials, you will establish and drive the strategy for recruitment and retention of patients in our larger clinical studies in close collaboration with colleagues from Clinical Operations, Media activation and Digital Platform, Marketing, IT, etc. The role is very cross functional and will require a “go-do” approach to find the best way of cooperating and running the project forward. This is a newly established position in our department, so you will have the opportunity to influence the role and responsibilities and help us establishing the vision within the area.
Ultimately, your work will help providing patients, doctors and nurses with the best possible health care and treatment solutions.
Specifically, you will:
Experience with media activation
As you will manage and drive projects, it is essential that you have a structured approach to your work and the ability to keep momentum going. Your good interpersonal skills will help you to build relationships and collaborate effortlessly with internal and external partners.

Ensure successful recruitment and retention of patients in clinical studies
As a Media Activation Manager for patient recruitment in clinical trials, you will establish and drive the strategy for recruitment and retention of patients in our larger clinical studies in close collaboration with colleagues from Clinical Operations, Media activation and Digital Platform, Marketing, IT, etc. The role is very cross functional and will require a “go-do” approach to find the best way of cooperating and running the project forward. Ultimately, your work will help providing patients, doctors and nurses with the best possible health care and treatment solutions.
Specifically, you will:
- Establish and drive the digital patient recruitment strategy for our clinical studies
- Be overall responsible for advertising material for recruitment and retention campaigns
- Establish a digital platform for patient recruitment
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and a large group of colleagues from different teams to ensure international patient recruitment
- Secure adherence to current regulatory requirements and internal SOPs
Experience with media activation
- You have a couple of years of experience in media activation. Having experience implementing digital strategies for patient recruitment and retention from the pharma or MedTech industry is a clear advantage
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and strategic capabilities
- You are creative, think out of the box, and have overall business acumen
- You have strong organisational skills. Project management experience is an advantage.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
