Director Product Supply
Become part of a successful biotech company and responsible for the full end-to-end Product Supply Chain
Y-mAbs is a rapidly growing late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel, antibody-based therapeutic products for the treatment of cancer. The company has a broad and advanced product pipeline, including two pivotal-stage product candidates, which targets tumors, that will be launched this year.
As Director Product Supply at Y-mAbs you will manage the full end-to-end Product Supply Chain and order cycle for commercial products, ensuring reliable, timely and efficient product supply. You will also be responsible for establishing your own function and you will report to the SVP and Chief Technical Officer.
Your main tasks among others are:
Your qualifications are 5 – 7 years of experience from managing a pharmaceutical Supply Chain based at least partly on CMOs. You must have experience with heading the end-to-end Supply Chain planning including order cycle and production planning. It is required that you have worked with planning and executing pharmaceutical product launches and have knowledge about serialization requirements. You must have worked with pharmaceutical distribution channels and experience from structured S&OP processes. Furthermore, you have participated in the implementation of an ERP solution for logistics. Experience with management of staff is preferred.
You have a Master’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or similar and you speak and write English on a professional level.
You are highly analytical, comfortable with numbers, and capable of acting independently. You have a highly developed ability to coorporate with multiple stakeholders in an international company. You are very thorough in the execution of tasks and you plan and deliver in a highly structured way. Moreover, you are able of keeping an eye on the details while working within a larger framework.

- Participate in planning and executing the launch of Y-mAbs’ future products with responsibility for all supply chain related aspects
- Describe and implement Product Supply Procedures in coorporation with relevant stakeholders
- Manage the operational coordination with CMOs and monitor CMO performance
- Participate in the design and implementation of IT support systems needed to manage the Supply Chain efficiently
