A department all about collaboration
At our Pilot Plant in Mørdrup, a part of Global R&D, you will meet more than 200 committed employees. As a team manager, you will lead your own team of 8 engineers and technicians who take part in cross-functional innovation projects that seek to develop cutting-edge and reliable manufacturing processes for new Coloplast products.

Lead, develop and motivate your team
Your team is engaged in different cross-functional development projects across the organisation, and one of your key tasks will therefore be to check up on them and follow up on their work. The goals of your team are driven by the individual projects, and you are further in charge of allocating resources to ensure efficient collaboration, working with project managers and handling operational tasks within the plant.
Technical background and management experience
As a person, you enjoy encouraging, listening to and challenging your colleagues. You have the ability to put yourself in their shoes and see things from more than one perspective.
