Elev - Hvidovre

We are looking for an ambitious profile who is eager to learn and grow within the segment Service Delivery Management focused on Nearshore Business Development.

You will join our Advanced Services team based in Copenhagen, Hvidovre and in close cooperation with our Solution Sales Executive you will participate in driving and facilitating sales of Nearshore Services in close cooperation with our Solution Sales Executive and with our Account Managers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway as well as Germany, France, The Netherlands, and the UK.

This is a 360 degrees position where you are expected to work with account managers on pipeline management, support and follow up with Polish delivery teams to ensure outstanding, high-quality client deliveries as well as meet clients ranging from operational dialogues with project- and department managers to strategic, high-level discussions with CXO level. Travelling must be expected.

You will learn from the best and in time be partly or solely responsible for ensuring the overall promotion and sales of ProData Consults Nearshore Services to some of our largest clients in Scandinavia and Europe.

Which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Planning and running monthly Nearshore forecast meetings with Account Managers to identify and approach new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring solid relations and collaborations between ProData Consult and Customers such as with Account Managers across all countries and Delivery Team in Poland.
  • Supporting and joining customer meetings with the Account Managers – and on your own - Ensuring professional Nearshore presentations/packages.
  • Packaging and producing Nearshore Service Offerings.
  • Following current projects and ensuring a professional approach such as communication to successful deliverance.
  • Creating proposals and replying to RFP together with Bid Management team and Account Managers.
  • Focus on continuously business developing of our services to meet the market needs and expectations.
  • Coordinating with Solution Sales Executive to ensure tenders are compliant.

The right profile has excellent communication, colleague, and customer relationship skills. Is self-driven however strong in collaborative relations. You understand the importance of stakeholder management and supporting teams internally and you are motivated by the results from ensuring clients a professional service through advisory and motivated by inspiring internal teams to succeed in all aspects connected to the Nearshore Services from initial phase to results ensuring client satisfaction.

We prefer you to:

  • Hold an Academic degree - MBA or similar and other relevant educational levels such as relevant certifications and courses in strategic business case solutions or the like.
  • Experience from the segment of Time & Material Consultancy or Service Delivery Management.
  • Broad knowledge in IT service solutions and technical understanding within a wide range of IT.
  • Professional communication skills in Danish and English. Good understanding of Norwegian and Swedish.
