The Business Platforms organization is at the forefront of developing cutting edge technologies to improve the customer’s experience with personalized and automated end-to-end digital journeys, that enable Maersk customers to access standardized products and services seamlessly. The Platforms help enable Maersk’s vision to be the Global Integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying customers’ supply chains and create the foundation to integrate data, systems and processes, powered by scalable Digital Infrastructure and APIs.
The Supply Chain Business platform organization is looking for Data Analyst to closely work with our Product owners and internal stakeholders to design and roll out Product metrics measuring success and outcomes of Supply chain software solutions

As a Data Analyst you will be working closely with our Platform Product Owners and internal stakeholders to drive the Data and Analytics agenda into our ways of working. In this role you would have unique opportunity to establish product metrics allowing platform to measure success of delivered software solutions measuring outcome, adoption, usability and draw conclusions based on data allowing us to improve our products and use experience.
Through Digital Transformation we identify, define and implement the mix of process, technology and culture that brings business, development and operation teams closer, allowing Maersk to deliver products faster, improve responsiveness and enhance quality for our consumers.

Key responsibilities
•Establish Platform and Product level metrics, OKRs measuring outcome of the delivered software solutions, adoption, usability and attractive visualization options to present conclusions and recommendations
•Lead Data agenda in the supply chain platform promoting usage of available data sources and tools to drive decisions, conclusion to optimize and improve product performance, usage
•Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
•Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product metrics, Product usability, development and other improvements
•Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation and other business outcomes
•Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy
•Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
We are looking for
A Data analyst who is passionate about the data and eager to bring her/his knowledge and lead Data driven decision and Data Driven Culture into our platform turning business problem into a data question and transforming data to an answer.
You have at least good bachelor’s degree from a quantitative / computer science/ statistical / engineering field with no more than 3 years of working experience
•Experience using statistical computer languages (R or Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
•Experience with Data Visualization, creating reports & dashboards, providing access to business insights
•Experience working with and creating data architectures though experience with Azure platform favored
•Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
•Hands on experience in the one or more databases like Hadoop, Azure Databricks (preferred) or similar ETL tools.
•Experience with Product management, Agile methodologies and concepts of Product metrics and OKRs
•Understanding of software development cycle, software as a service concept and user experience
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to convert, translate, business problem into Data insights
•Excellent Communication and Stakeholder management Skills
•Fluent English in both written and oral.
