Finance Vestas Legal, Risk & Compliance Compliance & CSR
Compliance & CSR is a department within Vestas Legal, Risk & Compliance. The purpose of Vestas Compliance & CSR is to lead a responsible and inclusive energy transition. As a responsible corporate citizen, we are very conscious of our social responsibility. Compliance and CSR is an integral part of the business and we believe in value co-creation for our stakeholders and in communities we are present.
We are a global department consisting of 7 dedicated specialists based in Denmark, Mexico and India. We are looking for a specialist to support, develop and implement the Compliance and CSR agenda within Vestas. You will be working closely with and reporting to the head of the department, Senior Director, Kristian Heydenreich – based in Copenhagen.

We are a global department consisting of 7 dedicated specialists based in Denmark, Mexico and India. We are looking for a specialist to support, develop and implement the Compliance and CSR agenda within Vestas. You will be working closely with and reporting to the head of the department, Senior Director, Kristian Heydenreich – based in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities
Your key tasks will be to:
- Assist in strengthening the business ethics and anti-corruption compliance program and ensuring its implementation across the business
- Support the CSR team to develop and implement our strategy of Social License to Operate
- Handle ad hoc compliance and CSR projects and monthly and quarterly reporting duties
- Support the screening and due diligence of business partners and on the Business and Entertainment register
- Support on business ethics training across the business and support regional training initiatives
- Drive the internal network to strengthen the knowledge sharing among compliance professionals
- Develop and track Compliance and CSR KPIs across the business
Qualifications
We expect that you have:
- A solid academic background where Compliance and CSR is reflected
- Working experience within Compliance & CSR - preferred
- Professional experience with business ethics and compliance and CSR
- Project management experience
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English (particularly written)
Competencies
Personally, you have:
- A structured approach and you can transform structure into actions
- Stakeholder management and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A high abstract level by e.g. being a quick learner
- A positive approach to change and you are good at adapting in a dynamic environment
