We are now recruiting a project manager to Life & Pension’s Nordic Strategy & Governance team. You will be based in Copenhagen and to begin with join the Programme driving the post-acquisition integration of Nordea Pension Denmark (formerly Topdanmark Liv) that we recently acquired.

About this opportunity
Welcome to join Nordea Life & Pension’s Strategy and Governance team. We add value by supporting the Life and Pensions Group in the areas of strategy development and implementation and management of non-financial risks and regulatory change.

Nordea Life & Pensions (NLP) is responsible for pension savings, endowments and protection products (e.g. life insurance) to private and corporate customers in all four markets; Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. NLP has circa 950 employees, an annual income of close to EUR 500m and assets under management (AuM) of EUR 70bn. NLP is experiencing strong growth and is executing on a wide range of change initiatives.

You will be part of a Nordic team and will work with various projects and development initiatives focusing on the Danish market in close collaboration with senior management providing many development opportunities.

Initially, you will work in the PMO team in the Nordea Pension Denmark Integration Programme. The Programme is structured in several work streams and the PMO manages and steers the efforts on an overall level. Nordea Pension has ~225.000 customers, AuM of ~12bn EUR and +1.000 employees.
