is seeking a results-oriented, committed, driven, and structured Operations Coordinator.

You will serve as the critical link between operations and sales, helping to build processes and guidelines for ’s Key Accounts.
You will work closely with one operations colleague and the rest of the operations team, managing the company’s inbound inquiries. This position is a maternity leave cover for a period of min. 10 months.
You will work from the Head Office and report directly into Head of operations and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating with 3PL partners/warehouses
- Ensuring smooth deliveries to key accounts and special handling customers, with on-time pick and delivery
- Developing delivery guidelines and tracking special handling deliveries
- Overseeing and coordinating daily picks
- Maintaining and developing delivery guidelines and agreements
- Supporting the sales team with operational tasks
- Various ad hoc tasks

You are:
- Service-minded, thorough, and well-liked by both customers and colleagues
- Detail-oriented, with a good overview, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Efficient, decisive, and proactive – a self-starter who takes responsibility
- A team player who can also complete independent tasks fully to the goal
- A skilled communicator, both internally and externally
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
You have:
- Experience in logistics or operations
- Experience in a similar position, preferably working with Key Accounts
- Experience with Business Central and/or Excel (preferred)
- A strong understanding of managing key accounts
- A good understanding of operating systems and are an experienced user of Microsoft Office
- A personal drive in everything you do
