Legal Operations Coordinator – with a passion for communication and flair for IT.

At Abacus Medicine Group our vision is to improve global healthcare through better access to medicine. In the legal department our task is to ensure that contracts are up-to-date, and we handle all governance and compliance related matters to secure commercial success.
As our Legal Operations Coordinator you, together with the team, make sure that administrative tasks and projects in our department are taken care of in a structured manner. You are curious about IT-systems, and the programs you haven’t used before are only one step away from being your new ‘best friend’.
Communication and managing loose ends are what motivates you
You will report to the Chief Legal Officer. Besides your own areas of responsibility, you support and coordinate for the CLO, so the legal department reaches the deliverables and deadlines throughout the year.
You will be asked to write, proofread, improve reports and make presentations. When writing you have an eye for aesthetics in our material and it is customary for you that it follows the guidelines and standards we have at Abacus. You have full proficiency in both written and verbal English and Danish. Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating actions in our contract management system, proactively engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are updated before expiration and assisting with contract archiving.
- Assisting the legal team in streamlining its operations during a period of organizational growth.
- Reaching out to stakeholders to clarify and coordinate legal needs and further actions.
- Driving our compliance training in our e-learning system, where your planning, structuring and creative inputs will provide significant value.
- Responsibility for internal communication from the department towards the business
- Being proactive in general and support the flow of administrative tasks in the Legal department.
- Supporting the CLO in tracking the team’s progress and assisting with budget monitoring.
You are a do’er who collaborates professionally in an organisation, always providing support by connecting and involving the right people internally.
You handle multiple projects and coordinate deliverables
To be a success in this role, you must have a structured mindset and follow up on deliverables in the organisation. You are comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint.
The right candidate could have various backgrounds. Maybe you hold a communication background, have worked as a personal assistant, or in other ways worked with corporate communication. Maybe your background is completely different from what we just mentioned – however, the most important thing is that you can see yourself in most of the qualities mentioned above.
