When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.
We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.
The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.
The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.
Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting [insert the email address of the person responsible for the recruitment process] at the data controller.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.
You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

Responsibility
- Responsible for developing sales leads, identifying customer requirements, achieving sales targets, cultivating customer relationships and promoting a wide range of IT products to potential commercial clients.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for promoting construction business solution (integrated life-cycle management software).
- Research competitive activities with respect to changes in products, services, pricing or marketing strategies by rivals and environment within the region.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships within executive/C- level.
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of RIB solutions.
Requirement
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, marketing, construction or finance-related.
- 5+ years of sales experiences with IT solution, target industry in AEC or EPC industry would be a great advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English verbal and written.
- Clearly understanding the Selling Cycle and Strategic Selling at Senior Levels.
- Proven track record of achievement on major projects.
