You will report to the Vice President of Digital Business Consulting and be part of the leadership team with the responsibility of driving larger client engagement. You will be a part of a team consisting of committed and professional colleagues, designing and developing complex intelligent business solutions for our customers within NNIT’s strategic segments. Your responsibilities will be:
Consulting responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of project activities as client engagement responsible
- Planning and execution of sales activities
- Participate in major customer and stakeholder engagements – during both sales and delivery phase
- Analyze market for business opportunities
- Demonstrate Operational Excellence Leadership
- Contributing to continuously developing our services and propositions development (e.g. sales presentations, one-pagers, developing concepts)
- Manage any client expectations e.g. regarding project delivery and billing
- Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in client management activities, presentations and deliver input to larger bids and agreements.
- Demonstrate consulting mindset and demonstrate rolemodel behavior for the less senior profiles in Digital Business Consulting
- Rolemodel behavior of NNIT’s values ‘Open and Honest’, ‘Value adding’ and ‘Conscience driven’
Sales and Advisory responsibilities:
- Drive sales and advisory for larger NNIT clients
- Act as trusted advisor for our key clients on the digital transformation journey
- Continuously strengthen the understanding of creating of value through digitization within regulated industries
- Perform though leadership on selected areas within digital transformation such as e.g. Data, Sustainability, AI, IoT, Microsoft solution areas, etc.
- Lead client and market facing activities such as key speaking presentations, panel debate participation, creating of white papers, etc.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you:
- Have an excellent communication skill. You will communicate with customers and external partners on a daily basis.
- Can achieve results through negotiations on a strategic level.
- Have an ability to convince parties of strategic issues where there are different points of view and conflicting interests.
- Unifies multiple concepts and defines new directions or crucial improvements of products and/or services across field of work.
- Can work in the midst between business challenges and opportunities and digitalization
We also expect you to have:
- Long Higher Education (Master) with supplementary education and min. 5 years of work experience.
- 5+ years of consulting experience
- Possible management experience or detailed expert knowledge within a single field of work.
