Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our Digital Business Consulting department in the unique position as our new Consulting Director.

  • You like a sales oriented position, where you are in charge and take control, advising others in what to do and taking the responsibility to see it through
  • Understanding changing client demands and ensuring Digital Business Consulting remains a frontrunner on new technologies, practices, and services
  • You look ahead, setting long-term goals with a strategic perspective
  • You are energetic and motivated by working with different activities, but keep calm under stressful situations
  • You are willing to take charge and ensures that our stakeholders are consulted

As a Consulting Director in Digital Business Consulting, your responsibilities will be:

Consulting responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of sales and project activities
  • Participate in customer and stakeholder engagements – during both sales and delivery phase

  • Analyze market for business opportunities
  • Ensure proper communication and material for forecasting
  • Contributing to continuously developing our services and propositions
  • Business development (e.g. sales presentations, one-pagers, developing concepts)

Sales responsibilities:

  • Drive short-term and long-term pipeline management
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and participate in customer management activities, presentations and deliver input to bids and agreements.
  • Unit strategy development, including communication and follow-up on operational/strategic boards
  • Managing project budget and ensuring correct invoicing to the client
  • Ongoing customer contact during projects to manage leads according to NNIT’s value
  • Drive key client engagements in terms of Digital Business Consulting delivery and support of Client Management
  • Continuously drive business development including development and adjustment of services, concepts, and prices.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you:

  • Have an excellent communication skill. You will communicate with customers and external partners daily.
  • Can achieve results through negotiations on a tactical and strategic level.
  • Have an ability to convince parties of strategic issues where there are different points of view and conflicting interests.
  • Unifies multiple concepts and defines new directions or crucial improvements of products and/or services across field of work.

We also expect:

  • A relevant master’s degree and have +8 years of work experience from another management consultancy or IT organization.
  • Experience with specialist field of work.
  • Possible management experience or detailed expert knowledge within a single field of work.
  • That you to speak and write Danish and English.
