About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Regulatory Project Manager & Business Analyst, to join our Governance team in either London or Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Regulatory Projects. The Regulatory Projects team is part of the wider Governance team. At the moment, all colleagues are based in our headquarters in Luxembourg. The team is engaged in different projects covering the bank’s geographical expansion, internal governance of the bank, implementation of regulatory change and some BAU responsibilities in supporting the Authorised Management and committees of the Bank in their daily work.
In the role of Regulatory Project Manager & Business Analyst, you will get the chance to work on ensuring thorough analysis of the requirements in line with local requirements and to secure successful, timely and compliant delivery of the implementation of the related changes across the bank’s processes in relevant locations. You will also be supporting Banking Circle’s growth and expansion by actively engaging appropriate stakeholders and by enabling efficient management of changes, dependencies, risks, and challenges. For now, the role is not considered to be a line-manager role and does not have direct reports.
What you will be doing
- Form ideas into executable projects
- Drive and facilitate analysis of business requirements in relation to regulatory change
- Project manage regulatory change initiatives in accordance with Banking Circle’s project and change management principles
- Ensure efficient cross-functional stakeholder management
- Ensure efficient project communication
- Facilitate the practical implementation of the change within the organization across all branches and subsidiaries
- Ensure successful change management and handover to the organization
- Flag and manage project related challenges and risks
What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have worked within the financial sector in a project management and/or business analyst capacity, have a background in Compliance or come from consultancy, with hands on experience from implementing change within a cross-border financial organization. If you have experience with regulations for UK, Australia and Singapore it will be an advantage.
You have strong time-management and stakeholder management skills and an ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Furthermore, you should be able to simplify complex regulatory requirements into a language understandable for business stakeholders.
As a person, you are self-driven and have strong communication skills. You are analytical and can work independently, meet deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English.
