As part of this program, you will access a professional network at NNIT. You will get a closer insight into cyber and consulting, and participate in exciting projects where you will be able to add value. The NNIT Cyber department consists of 3 areas - Cyber security, Cyber compliance and Cyber technology. The program starts in September 2024.
As a NNIT cyber graduate you will get the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled consultants within our cyber security and compliance business areas. You will work within different areas of the cyber domain during the 12-month period, e.g., identity and access management, privacy or vulnerability management.
After completing the program, we will find the right permanent position for you, and you will continue your career at NNIT as a cybersecurity consultant.
What to expect
The Cyber Consulting Graduate Program lasts 12 months. During your time as a graduate, you will:
- Work within our different cyber areas (security advisory, technology & compliance).
- Build the foundation for a strong consulting and cyber profile.
- Deep dive into consultant methodologies and tools, as well as cyber methodologies and frameworks.
- Receive the necessary training and courses (such as SAFe Scrum and Commercial Excellence training) to enhance your expertise.
- Work closely with a dedicated graduate manager and mentor to support your development.
- Apply your knowledge to real-life projects adapted to your capabilities.
- Join the Young Professionals Community with fun events (like padel, wakeboarding & inspirational talks) and access to a network of fellow emerging professionals at NNIT.
- Join the Personal Leadership Program, giving you the foundation for creating a sound and healthy work-life.
We will strive for you to be on different types of internal and customer projects. You will take part in project meetings, and you will learn to understand and interpret the requirements and needs to scope the projects, in collaboration with the NNIT organization, and provide advisory that meets the expected NNIT quality.
You will also learn to become a trusted advisor within Cyber, and assist clients in choosing the right level of defence and cybersecurity controls, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will learn how to use frameworks and standards like ISO to solve the client's business and compliance challenges, as well as penetration testing and zero-trust concepts to improve the client's cybersecurity posture.
Tasks vary from process analysis to workshop facilitation, from conducting penetration test projects to executing a security assessment for a customer. This will require that you are flexible in terms of taking on various roles for our clients. Examples of roles could be: Project Manager, Penetrations tester, or Risk Management advisor.

Yourprofile
You are about to complete your master’s degree or have just completed it. You are ambitious and focused, and you want to start a career as a consultant - delivering business-critical cyber projects to our many customers and internally.
- Most importantly: you are eager to learn
- You have great interpersonal skills
- You have achieved good results in your studies
- You have relevant experience from a student job or the like
- You have a deep interest and basic knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance
- You preferable have insight into new trends, topics, and regulations such as AI and/or NIS2
- You are committed, self-driven and have a commercial mindset and global outlook
- You have good English and Danish skills, both verbal and written
- You are proficient with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
You will join NNIT Microsoft Advisory and Technology (MSAT)
