Are you ready to launch your career with the NNIT Consulting Graduate Program within our Public and Enterprise Advisory at our HQ in Søborg or Aarhus office? This 12-month engaging program is designed to equip you with hands-on training, essential consulting skills, and the ability to drive tangible business value for our clients. In essence, this opportunity is an investment in your future, and you have the freedom to customize it to suit your aspirations.
As a participant in this program, you will gain access to our extensive professional network at NNIT. You will work closely with our Public, Enterprise, and Life Science customers, gaining valuable insights and contributing to their success from day one. Our journey kicks off in September 2024.
As an NNIT graduate, you'll have the privilege of collaborating with some of the industry's most talented consultants in our two core business areas: Enterprise Advisory and Public Advisory. Here, you'll have the opportunity to explore diverse domains, including Digital Adoption, Mixed Reality, Project Management, IT Strategy, Sustainability, and more. By the end of the program, our dedicated graduate program owner and your mentor will ensure you find the ideal permanent position for you to continue your career as a consultant at NNIT.
What to Expect
During your tenure as a graduate, you'll:
- Explore diverse domains within our core business areas.
- Establish a solid consulting foundation by diving deep into methodologies and tools.
- Participate in essential training and courses (such as SAFe Scrum and Commercial Excellence training) to enhance your expertise.
- Receive dedicated support from a graduate program owner and mentor to foster your development. This includes monthly graduate meetings and 1:1.
- Apply your knowledge to real-world projects to make your mark in business and society.
- Join the Young Professionals Community with fun events (like padel, wakeboarding & inspirational talks) and access to a network of fellow emerging professionals at NNIT.
- Participate in the Personal Leadership Program to build a foundation for a balanced and fulfilling work-life.
We strive to expose you to different types of projects to get broad consulting experience. You will take part in customer meetings, and you will learn to understand and interpret the customer’s needs and translate this into sustainable solutions that meet the expected NNIT quality.
You'll also acquire the skills to act as a trusted advisor, transforming business requirements into holistic solutions aligned with NNIT's technology standards and roadmaps. Your tasks will vary, from defining business cases to facilitating workshops, implementing digital transformation projects, to executing security assessments for our clients. Flexibility is key, as you may take on various roles, such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst, and even work on projects involving cutting-edge digitalization tools like HoloLens, AI, Copilot, PowerBI, PowerApps, or Azure.
Qualifications
You have or are about to complete your master’s degree. Or maybe you have up to two years of work experience. You are ambitious and focused, and you want to start a career as a consultant - delivering business-critical IT projects to our many customers. To thrive in this program, you should have:
- An appetite for learning.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent academic results.
- Commitment, self-drive, a commercial mindset, and a global perspective.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
