3Shape offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategy consultant to join our Consulting unit as a Project Manager.3Shape has recently launched an exciting new strategy, setting the direction for us to win Digital Dentistry in the years to come and continue our strong growth journey. You will be part of executing and further developing the full potential of 3Shape and lead change in the organization through your projects.In general, Project Managers are 100% allocated to one project, allowing you to focus on the task at hand and drive impact in the organization. You will report to the Director of Consulting and work closely together with senior leaders through the project. As a Project Manager, you plan and control the project, offering flexibility to the benefit of both your personal schedule and the project.3Shape provides experienced consultants a unique opportunity to accelerate their career at a young and vibrant medical technology company. The focus of the Consulting unit is an intriguing mix between business development, strategy, transformation and functional priorities. As a Project Manager in the team, you will be responsible for execution of key projects across a global organization with direct exposure to executive management.About the Consulting unitThe team consists of consultants and managers with backgrounds from McKinsey and Bain & Company, and is anchored directly with SVP of Strategy & Business Development in 3Shape. The unit delivers projects across the value chain using traditional strategy consulting methodology. Alongside this, we support executive management, the CEO, and the Board of Directors on high priority topics. Your development is important to us and ongoing feedback and personal development dialogues are an integral part of how we work together.Ideal profileThe position is an exciting opportunity to leverage your consulting toolbox in a growth company, while gaining industry experience and building your internal platform in 3Shape. Previous (Sr.) Project Managers in the Consulting unit have been promoted into leadership positions in various areas in the company.We expect that you have:
  • ~2-4 years of experience from consulting (3Shape title will depend on experience)
  • Master’s degree within Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar with high academic performance
