About the Job
As a Project Manager based at our locations in Kolding or Tandslet, youll manage high-impact OEM projects within our Primary (Kill) and Secondary (Cut & Debone) segments, overseeing both upgrade (Brownfield) and new (Greenfield) projects. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead projects from contract handover through to final delivery, ensuring successful execution by adhering to s project model. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships, guiding them through each stage of the project.
During the execution phase, you will direct cross functional technical project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Youll also be responsible for developing and monitoring project plans, delivery schedules, and financial tracking, ensuring accurate budget reporting throughout the process.
Additionally, you will coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities in close partnership with the Installation Manager. This position requires travel activity approximately 30-40 days per year, both domestic and international
About you
Were looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background who thrives in roles that blend both commercial and technical responsibilities. You should hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of project management experience. In addition, you ideally hold a Prince2, PMP etc. certification.
Your expertise includes proficiency in project management of technical projects in the range of DKK 20 mill. to DKK 100 mill. You have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. You are systematic, organized, and effective at leading teams and changes cross functional, with a natural ability to foster professional and clear client relationships. Fluency in both English and Danish is required.
