Operating in the aerospace, defense, and security sector, Terma supports customers and partners all over the world. In Terma Support & Services (TSS), Service Delivery we manage and deliver after-sales activities. These include after-sales projects, service contracts, technical support, incidents, problems, warranty handling and delivery of spare parts, repairs, training and onsite services.
“As the department is based in both Lystrup and Søborg, and we work closely with Terma colleagues in the U.S., Singapore and other regional offices, we focus specifically on team spirit, helping each other and collaboration across locations, projects and tasks. It takes team effort to succeed,” says senior manager Inge Hald Andersen.
Managing service contracts, service requests, incidents, problems and projects in after-sales
Through service contracts you will establish and maintain long-term relationships with our customers with a commercial perspective. In your work, you will have a coordinating role where you understand customer needs, apply structure to complexity and depend on colleagues and stakeholders to succeed.
Your responsibilities will cover:
“There will be a steep learning curve, but you will quickly get to know our internal procedures and interfaces. You will run a number of tasks simultaneously, some independently, so you need to be able to prioritise. As a person, you are service minded, structured and like interacting with customers from all over the world. You understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up to ensure that our deliveries create the wanted impact and value at the customer. In addition, you are a great communicator with a global mindset who can visualize data and explain your input to people from different technical and cultural backgrounds. You are a an experienced user of IT tools like the Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system(s).

Through service contracts you will establish and maintain long-term relationships with our customers with a commercial perspective. In your work, you will have a coordinating role where you understand customer needs, apply structure to complexity and depend on colleagues and stakeholders to succeed.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Manage commercial service contracts by working closely with both customers and internal support functions
- Plan, execute and follow-up on delivered services and budget
- Monitor agreed service levels delivered to our customers
- Share lessons learned and implementing best practices in the daily work
- Maintain and develop our procedures and tools for service contract management

- Have experience with the ITIL framework.
- Master stakeholder management.
- Are fluent in both Danish and English.
- Have a structured mindset regarding data management and analysis
- Have experience with working in operational IT systems
