Lead strategically important digitalization projects to align with ’s vision and goals
As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in ’s strategic growth by leading complex and high-priority digitalization projects. You will drive the transformation of our system applications, infrastructure, and the optimization of business processes through AI automation. With a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, you will collaborate across functions to achieve measurable improvements and create lasting value for the organization.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex digitalization projects within
corporate environments. You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to ensure
alignment with both strategic and operational goals.

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in ’s strategic growth by leading complex and high-priority digitalization projects. You will drive the transformation of our system applications, infrastructure, and the optimization of business processes through AI automation. - Driving strategically critical digitalization initiatives with dedicated project management
- Aligning digital projects with ’s strategic goals and operational needs
- Ensuring optimized delivery by using structured planning, execution, and risk management to deliver projects
- Driving process optimization by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
- Providing End-to-End Project Leadership for the team in order to achieve project milestones and objectives

We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex digitalization projects within
corporate environments. You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to ensure
alignment with both strategic and operational goals.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Hold a university degree that has equipped you with expertise in digital project management and given you thorough knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation processes
- Are proficient in agile and more classical project management methodologies such as IPMA or PMI
- Have a high drive, great planning and organizational skills as well as a structured and data-driven approach
- Possess strong leadership abilities, which enable you to align and motivate cross-functional team
- Have hands-on experience with OKR, deployment policy or equivalent frameworks will be an advantage
