As our new Commercial Project Manager in our Program Excellence organization, you will be dealing with global on/off-shore radar surveillance customer projects.
The majority of our customer projects are based on delivery and optimization of commercialized high-end radar products and tailored system solutions. Our success is secured in close collaboration and stakeholder management with our highly experienced and professional colleagues within Sales, R&D, Production and Technical Service as well as external suppliers.
You will be in direct contact with customers and end users. Therefore, a central part of your role will be to follow through and ensure that your stakeholders are continuously kept in the loop. You create understanding and commitment by addressing uncertainties and risks and handling subsequent corrective actions on time.

You will join a team of experienced project managers. We have a high level of team spirit and always have the time for helping each other and we succeed as a team.
We will make sure to give you the proper introduction. Once you are up and running, you will be tasked with ensuring that your projects move in the right direction and that we deliver profitable projects on time. You will typically manage numerous projects simultaneously.

The position is located at our office in Lystrup, Aarhus, and will entail some travel and you should expect between 15-25 travel days a year.

- Plan and follow up on several project phase activities and re-curing tasks.
- Support sales with estimates and risks assessment in commercial offerings.

- You hold a BSc in electronic engineering or similar.
- You possess at least 3-5 years of project management experience from similar positions.
- You are able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- You understand the commercial aspects in a project, combined with your follow through discipline.
- You are highly structured and understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up.
- You are able to deliver quality with a service-oriented perspective.
- You speak and write English fluently.
