Team and role

In this role, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative and dynamic SMD department, where teamwork and effective communication are essential. Our team consists of skilled professionals who work together to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily operations, managing ongoing orders, and contributing to the achievement of our production goals.

You'll work closely with the planning team, production manager, and operators, where your problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly will be key. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll oversee ongoing orders in the SMD department. You'll collaborate closely with the planning team and production manager to create and implement weekly production plans. Daily, you'll coordinate operations, address any unexpected challenges, and assist operators as needed. Managing the SMD inventory will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you'll play a role in continuously improving production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and problem-solve will be crucial to your success in this position.

Order Management

  • Oversee and track ongoing orders to ensure they are completed on time.
  • Address any issues that may cause delays in production.

Weekly Planning

  • Work with the planning team and production manager to create weekly schedules for production.

Daily Operations

  • Coordinate daily tasks and ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Communicate effectively with different departments to keep production running smoothly.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Handle unexpected tasks or challenges during production, working with technicians and helping operators when needed.

Inventory Management

  • Manage SMD inventory

Process Improvement

  • Suggest and help implement ways to make production more efficient and effective.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in SMD electronics production and a solid understanding of SMD machinery. A background in electronics, either through education or several years of industry experience, is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems like IFS or knowledge of Micronics SMD machines is a plus but not mandatory.

You should be a detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills, able to work closely with colleagues across different departments. Flexibility, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality are key attributes we seek. Basic proficiency in English is also required to navigate technical documentation and communicate effectively in our diverse work environment.

SMD Production Experience

  • Experience in SMD electronics production, with knowledge of SMD processes and equipment.

ERP Systems Knowledge

  • Experience with ERP systems like IFS or Micronics SMD machines is a plus.

Educational Background

  • Basic electronics education, with several years of experience in SMD production preferred. Additional training as an electronics operator is beneficial.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with SMD equipment.

Teamwork and Communication

  • Strong team player with good communication skills to work well with colleagues.

Attention to Detail

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Flexibility

  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and handle multiple tasks at once.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in Danish
  • Basic understanding of English to read and communicate in a work setting.
