About the department
You will be part of an inspiring community in Global IT of around 1000 skilled and committed IT professionals who are responsible for all major IT projects, IT systems and infrastructure at Novo Nordisk. The position is based in R&D IT with focus on Research and Device R&D. The department has highly skilled and dedicated project managers who supports the R&D IT strategy by driving key IT projects.
The position

Are you ready to be the OCM lead for one of our large projects and to show what it take to ensure a successful project implementation. Do you have the drive, strong communication skills, structure and high level of learning agility to succeed in this job? Then seize this opportunity and apply for the position.
As OCM lead, your will be responsible for driving the change needed to make the project a success, and you will be responsible to coordinate/align project activities with other related projects, so there is a common approach and alignment across and towards the business.
Our projects follow the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and you will be responsible for making the OCM work within this framework.
The position is in Måløv, however, your daily work place can be at other locations in DK or outside DK, depending on your project assignment.
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree (MSc) in business administration, communication, or other relevant fields with at least 5-6 years’ experience in organisational change management and 2-3 years’ of experience as OCM lead. You have a good understanding of IT and experience with different types of IT projects, and potentially worked on projects within the pharma industry. Challenging assignments motivate you, and you can absorb new knowledge quickly.
Furthermore, you have a proven track record of delivering business value through OCM. You possess strong people skills and have a natural ability to engage stakeholders. Your structured way of working and general overview enables you to handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on results. Independence, cross-cultural understanding and fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
