Do you want to provide excellent support to a dedicated team driving early clinical activities in an international setting? Are you good at handling documents and stakeholders across professions, geographies and cultures? If so, you may be our new Associate Trial Manager in the Early Clinical Pharmacology department.
The position
As Associate Trial Manager you will be an essential member of the study team. You will support the progress of clinical trial activities for one or more clinical pharmacology trials in all relevant aspects of planning, conduct, document preparation and archiving. You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Pharmacology Specialist and Clinical Trial Administrator and collaborate with other key partners contributing to the success of the trial.
You will prepare various clinical documents such as participant information, monitor guidelines, laboratory manuals, and enrolment updates, and you will be highly involved in outsourcing processes and budgets. Furthermore, you will support meeting planning with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide and you will be a point of contact for CROs and laboratories for specific tasks. You will have a great opportunity to increase your trial management skills while contributing to the building and optimising fit-for-purpose processes and procedures.

Early Clinical Pharmacology is a department in Research and Early Development. As an integrated part of Global Translation, we are scientifically and operationally responsible for design, planning and execution of early Clinical Pharmacology studies in new and exciting therapeutic areas across Novo Nordisk portfolio. Qualifications

- Master of Science within natural science or BSc in natural science or equivalent with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in planning and execution of clinical trials
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Solid IT and planning skills
- Excellent oral and written English skills
