The position As Senior Clinical Supplies Set-up Professional in Clinical Supplies (CS), CMCyou will join a team of dedicated professionals responsible for setting up, planning, and coordinating clinical supplies to ensure product ready for patients participating in Novo Nordisk clinical trials. Your main responsibilities will include: Assume responsibility for several clinical development projects and ensure that clinical trials are executable in CS by planning and coordinating trial supplies Strong cross functional stakeholder management (e.g., CMC, Research & Early Development, Clinical Drug Development) Give input to development of drug candidates in relation to clinical trials (e.g., input to blinding set-up, shelf life and primary containers). Including managing changes for ongoing trials, input to production planning and planning for different phases of a clinical program Being involved in process optimisation and development in our team Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A BSc or MSc degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Natural Science or similar with min 3 years of relevant experience Experience with regulatory requirements, e.g., GCP and GMP Flair for IT systems and tools Data-driven and analytical, have a structured way of working with data and can transform data into meaningful business information critical for decision making Strong collaboration and communication skills and fluency in Danish and English. You are a team player, who aspire to continuously learn and you take challenges as opportunities to grow. About the department CS Trial Set-up is a part of CMC Development. We are responsible for the planning, production, packaging, labelling and distribution of products for Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide. The department consists of four teams, preparing clinical trials for execution by forecasting product demand, simulating trial supply execution, setting up randomization and trial supply management system, preparing labels and directions for use. As part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply family, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control Development (CMC) makes a difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world.
