As a Senior Global Trial Manager, you will play an instrumental role in the execution of early clinical pharmacology trials. You will be driving the progress for clinical trial activities for one or more trials in all relevant aspects of planning, conduct, document preparation and archiving, be part of a best-in-class, ambitious development organisation with established procedures in place, hence allowing you to focus on driving change and innovation. You will work closely together with the Clinical Pharmacology Specialist and Clinical Trial Administrator and facilitate strong collaboration between key partners contributing to trial conduct, such as medical, data management, pharmacovigilance, global affiliate colleagues and CROs to ensure successful start-up, conduct, and closure of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure the preparation of various clinical documents and deliver results with direct impact on a successful conduct of clinical trials.
• Coordinate and ensure trial deliverables from key partners in HQ functions.
• Be highly involved in outsourcing processes and budgets.
• Ensure meeting planning with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
• Be point of contact for CRO and laboratories for specific tasks. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A MSc or BSc degree in Natural or Health Sciences.
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience from working with clinical trials, as Trial Manager, International Trial Manager or similar preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong quality mindset and excellent planning skills.
• Professional proficiency in English. As a person, you would be proactive, flexible and bring creativity and an infectious can-do attitude. You have the confidence and personality to drive changes, and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and sharing knowledge and insights with your colleagues. You are a high performer with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You create consensus across professional and geographical borders and build trust among colleagues to establish mutually profitable working relationships throughout the organization. Early Clinical Pharmacology Operations is a department in our Early Clinical Pharmacology area in Research and Early Development. As an integrated part of Global Translation, we are scientifically and operational responsible for designing, planning and execution of early Clinical Pharmacology studies in new and exciting therapeutic areas across Novo Nordisk portfolio. The department consist of engaged and highly skilled colleagues working in a flexible, and cross-functional setting.
