KOMPAN Commercial Systems is now searching for a Business Development Manager covering United Kingdom, Ireland and Scandinavian countries.

We continue to grow and are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager. To take on the role, you have an enthusiastic interest in and a solid understanding of sales and development. You are able to work both at a strategic level for developing your actual portfolio of clients as well as canvassing for new opportunities of growth.
You want to be part of an international dynamic Sales team, following training, using the best tools and offering the best products of the industry.
The successful KOMPAN Business Development Manager has good communication skills, is highly structured and a good eye for details. You bring a strong personality and are very able to work across organizational boundaries. You are good at building inter-company relationships and communicating to address the different stakeholders’ primary interests.

You are fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian as well as fluent in English. You will work from Home Office, but you will travel to local destinations to meet and prospect customers. The expected days of travel will be 60-80 days per year.

- Developing turnover of an existing portfolio of clients
- Prospecting new potential customers
- Understanding the needs and negotiating best solutions
- Reporting through user friendly CRM
- Following-up each project from detection to installation
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience and has successfully operated as a Sales Representative
- An international profile with the ability to adapt to different cultures
- A professional negotiating experience with high level B2B profiles
- High autonomy to build and follow actively a sales growth plan
- Knowledge and experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry
