Our ambition is to transform meter data into insights that will help utilities optimize the production and distribution of clean water and energy where a growing part comes from Solution and Services. Therefore, as a part of that transformation, we are looking for a new project manager to join our Service Transition team in our Solution and Service Delivery Division.
With a direct reference to our Head of Service Transition you will become a part of a newly assigned team of 3 committed colleagues. The team is still in a developing phase, with a focus on improving the capabilities used for deploying and operating new or modified Service and Solutions. We strive to secure value creation in every Service and Solution delivery by taking responsibility of the handover from development into operation. Moreover, it is also the team’s responsibility to work together with Product Management during the Service design phase developing Solution and Services.
Secure seamless introduction of new Services and Solutions in operation
In the position as Project Manager you will play a vital role securing our understanding of customer value creation though our solutions when introducing new Services and Solutions. You will therefore have two main responsibilities – driving changes and transforming the way we work with services and qualifying new services and solutions.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will be:
Personality matters
Your educational background is less important, but it is important you have 5+ years of experience with change management and can exercise excellent stakeholder management. You have experience in running cross-functional projects in a global organization and you might previously have worked with complex transformation projects. It is an advantage if you have experience with technical and/or IT service delivery.
As a person, you are structured and driven by a constant focus on the quality of your project deliveries. You have project management skills and are excellent at creating an overview, plan, scope and follow up through your methodical and analytical approach. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive and you can change things. You possess strong communicative skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.

- Make certain of all our stakeholders are involved in the New Service Introduction process in a timely manner
- Act as a mediator between Solution and Service Delivery and our colleagues in the other divisions
- Qualification and implementation of new and existing services
