Due to an increasing demand for our innovative and smart system solutions, we are looking for a Customer Project Manager.
With a direct reference to our Head of Customer Projects, you will become a part of the Solution and Service Delivery function, a team of six experienced Project Managers. We work cross-functionally and have close collaboration with our Radio planning team and Engineering team in order to deliver successful Systems to our customers. As a department we are characterised by mutual trust and freedom to act with responsibility. We have an informal tone, where the emphasis is on professional sparring and feedback.
A job with focus on implementing customer projects
In the position as Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer system solutions across our business areas; Heat/Cooling, Water, and Electricity. You will be responsible for your projects from contract signing to operation handover and be the primary point of contact within the duration of the projects which typically span over 1-3 years. We strive to have a close relationship with our customers, why you should expect days away from the office for customer visits.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Personality matters
We imagine that you have an educational background from a relevant master or bachelor’s degree, which has given you strong competences within project management and being in a customer centric role. Additional courses in Project Management or certification within IPMA or PRINCE2 will be an asset. Furthermore, you have a natural interest and flair for technical solutions and services and want to drive technical projects. You have a few years of experience and a proven track record of successfully and independently driving customer projects.
As a person you are a strong communicator who masters creating good relations. You always meet your stakeholders with a smile, yet you are not afraid of setting the direction when necessary. In addition, you manage to keep a great overview of your projects, while structure falls naturally to you. You wish to take part of the execution including operational tasks and acknowledge the benefits of being deeply involved in the project processes. You are curious and like to challenge status quo in order to optimize and develop our current processes.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken Danish and English. In addition, you must have a valid driving licence as you will be visiting customers offices.

- Managing projects with system and meter deliveries from signing of the contract to final delivery
- Ensuring that customer requirements are met according to the contract
- Customer meetings as well as internal status meetings
- Time and resource planning as well as monthly follow-up reporting in our systems
- Supporting our Project Manager colleagues abroad to ensure best practice in projects.
