Job Description



In the role as the new AC Business Development Manager for Denmark, you will be working in the Power Tools department together with a highly competent team. To give you an idea what you will be working with, if you should reply, we have listed some of them down below:

  • Act as local Accessories champion and business owner in the country handling related AC tasks and make sure the business run smoothly with the contracted functions, different channels, Key accounts and D2U.
  • Creation and implementation of annual business plan
  • Focus segments development: Increase share of business in existing customers using Distribution index, including new business development
  • Actively drive range updates on KA-listings and ensure listing retentions.
  • Ensure right PT-AC product portfolio mix and support logistical planning, giving inputs to the LOG team for the promotions etc.
  • Transfer and develop the Accessories product knowledge to the internal and external stakeholders, coordinate with regional marketing and trainer
  • Develop and reflect detailed market knowledge on competition, pricing, trends in business planning
  • Identify product requirements/ gaps for new vertical markets
  • Drive AC collaboration in PRO and DIY channels increase share of business with dealers and users.
  • Coordination and execution of local events and trainings
  • Budget responsibility in the country
  • Position located in Ballerup


Qualifications



To be successful in this position we see you having these qualifications or something similar:

  • Can work independently
  • Can-do-attitude, resilient, solution provider, team player
    • 5 years of relevant experience & market knowledge.
    • Pro-active, entrepreneurial thinking, commercial understanding
    • Strong communication skills adapting to all levels of hierarchy
    • Spoken languages: English and One Nordic Language
    • Besides travel in-country, further travel expected to AC HQ etc.
