Therefore, we are looking for a new Project Manager to join our Customer Service Management Team.
With direct reference to our Head of Customer Service Management, you will become part of a dedicated team of 7 colleagues who are responsible for the collaboration with our customers during support, operation and delivering according to service level agreements. Together, we strive to provide excellent customer experience and ensure that Kamstrup’s customers realize the potential value of their solutions. As a team we strive for a deep understanding of the customer journey to guard, lead, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

In the position as Project Manager you will play a key role in service offerings during tenders. You will focus on input from many stakeholders in the organization, making sure we offer the best possible, long-term solution for our customers. In the job, you will work in groups with various stakeholders on specific tenders.

We are looking for a talented Project Manager who excels in close collaboration with various stakeholders to identify service offerings that give our customers the best possible value. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background at minimum bachelor’s level in engineering, IT, Business Administration or similar. It will be considered an advantage, that you have experience from:
As a person, you are excellent at creating relations across the organization and you thrive in a customer-centric role. You can relate to our customers’ needs and turn this knowledge into competitive solutions for both customers and Kamstrup by making sure that we live up to being a value-adding service provider. In addition, you are responsible and structured. Lastly, you take pride in maintaning an overview in a busy work environment with many ongoing deadlines and projects.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a professional level – both orally and written.

- Responsible for input on service obligations including performance and Service Level Agreements and costs
- Co-developing new services based on customer -and market needs in close collaboration with Product Management and the delivery organization
- Responsible for reviewing and keeping standard service contracts up to date
