With direct reference to the Head of Service Management in our Solution and Service Delivery division, you will become a part of a team that plays a crucial role in shaping the future of services at Kamstrup through leading and participating in new product and solution development projects. We work towards securing value creation in every service and delivery by taking responsibility for the project from development to designing and building to ensure continuous improvement of operation. You will become part of a team characterized by a high level of competencies and ambitions and you will get the chance to make a profound impact in paving the way forward in evolving the discipline of services in Kamstrup.
Secure best-in-class customization of new services and solutions
In the position as Project Manager, you will lead development projects to ensure a smooth and complete handover of new solutions and services to the Solution and Service Delivery division. You will be focusing on delivering both basic product-related services and advanced X-as-a-Service offerings in partnership with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Technology, and Sales. As a member of a newly formed team, you are also expected to contribute valuable insights, sparring, and expertise to the team.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
There are many entry points to this position, but to excel in this position we imagine that you have a relevant technical background, for example as an engineer. Alternatively, you have a commercial background combined with solid, relevant technical experience. You have in-depth experience with project management and experience of working in a technical and/or IT-related environment in a global setting. With your methodical and analytical approach, you are excellent at creating an overview, plan, scope, and follow-up.
It is considered an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience with one or more of the following areas:
As a person, you are structured and have a high focus on time consumption and the quality of your project deliveries. Your strong communication skills provide you with great stakeholder management skills throughout all organizational levels and departments.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.

- Driving and planning service development projects in alignment with the stage-gate model including involvement in defining, monitoring, and reporting project scope, goals, deliverables, and risk mitigation
- Implementing and managing changes when necessary to meet project output
- Making certain that stakeholders globally are involved and aligned in the introduction of new services
- Acting as the link between Solution and Service Delivery and colleagues in the other divisions
- Scaling and maturing services throughout their lifecycle, particularly within the realms of Asset-as-a-Service and Efficiency-as-a-Service, as they evolve into more digital solutions
