Then, read further and apply for our (Senior) Feasibility Data Analyst role in Global Trial Planning (GTP). Join us! The position You will collaborate closely with several of the GTP-planners to make sure that they have the best data-set available enabling them to facilitate data-driven discussions in the Country Allocation & Recruitment Strategy (CARS) teams. Together, you will decide how the data should be collected, analysed, and visualised based on each individual CARS team’s needs. Meanwhile supporting the CARS teams with their individual needs, you will collaborate with the other Data Analysts in the team to ensure & encourage sharing of better practice & consistency as well as look for possibilities for automatisation (could be, but not limited to, Business Intelligence) of recurrent ‘data-report’ requests. As we are looking to expand the data-sources that we subscribe to, this is an exciting chance to play a key role in designing & testing as we evolve. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Science combined with 3-4 years of data analytics experience
  • Data & data analytics practical knowledge with a strong appetite and learning agility for working in the clinical operation area
  • Proven ability to participate in driving the development, design, and implementation of (new) data sources, processes, and templates
  • Proven track record coding in python or similar
  • Experience working with clinical trials in clinical operations (start-up and/or recruitment) would be a great asset
  • Analytical and curious mindset
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English

About the department GTP is a centre of expertise within strategic patient forecasting, analysis, and allocation of the feasibility & recruitment strategy. The department name is unique to Novo Nordisk, but in many aspects the responsibilities resemble what is well known in the industry as the feasibility strategists. You will join a function of 14 employees which is rapidly expanding. Currently, we are in the area of nine Global Trial Planners, and three Data Analysts. We are a relatively diverse group in terms of personal profiles, previous experiences, and educations. One thing we have in common is a background in Life Sciences, and a strong appreciation for how our differences are strengthening our team and its deliverables. The function GTP is anchored in Clinical Drug Development (CDD) within the Development organisation. In Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product launch. We provide medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to global standards, regulations, and business ethics.
