In the role as Quality Process Analyst in Customer Quality you will play a key role in ensuring the reimbursement of warranty costs from our suppliers. As part of our Customer Quality Department, you will be establishing the link between claims handling, procurement, finance and our suppliers. You will be responsible for aligning and developing the warranty reimbursement process across all suppliers.
Initially this will be a hands-on role where you will drive the daily operations of the reimbursement process by engaging stakeholders across the organization.
The ambition of the position is to enable an automation of the future process in our ERP system. You will have a key role in building and maintaining the future system.
In your everyday work, you will experience a high degree of independence in a flexible work environment where innovation and quality have very high priority. You will be a trusted colleague and part of an international company of proud and passionate colleagues who come from different backgrounds and cultures.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Ensure claim conditions are up to date and pull warranty data from Warranty cube and maintain overview of cost
• Share information with suppliers and ensure claims are forwarded under agreed warranty terms
Develop necessary reports in cooperation with the team
• Analyze documentation from the claims department in cooperation with colleagues from quality, technical and the warranty teams.
• In cooperation with procurement and finance colleagues in Europe and China you will communicate and settle supplier claims
• Define new processes in preparation for future automation modules.
• Participate and run customer quality cases in cooperation with the Customer Quality team

We expect the candidate to have
• Previous experience with engineering, quality or claim handling
• Good communication skills and the ability to work cross functional to deliver results.
• 2-5 years’ experience from mid/large size organization is preferred.
• Solid Microsoft Office tools skills are required – specifically for Excel and Teams.
• Preferably experience with AX and development of Microsoft Power BI reports.
• Structured and self-driven to ensure the process is running and items are not left behind.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining the overview.
• Drive to challenge and improve the process.
It is a basic requirement that you have excellent, professional English skills. Danish is not required but would be an advantage.
