The Challenge
We are seeking a Business Development Director to grow our America’s business and join an expanding team based in San Diego. We are looking for a highly motivated team member with a proven track record of revenue growth in agency and enterprise-level organizations. The role will identify, nurture and develop sales opportunities and then manage the transition to an onboarding group.

What you bring: A proven experience of delivering revenue growth from initial contact through contract execution. The ability to leverage business relationships to generate immediate pilot opportunities that rapidly move to enterprise partnerships and engagements.
Who you are: Proactive and motivated by challenges. Independent ability to prioritize daily workflow yet collaborate with a team to share resources and create new opportunities.

The role will identify, nurture and develop sales opportunities and then manage the transition to an onboarding group.
Essential:
- 5-7 years’ experience in SaaS enterprise sales
- 3+ years of experience in collaborating with a high performing group
- Strong track record of achieving targets in delivering revenue growth
- Passion for software, A.I., advertising and the small business market
- Proven track record of relationship management and CRM proficiency
Desired:
- Experience of working in an agile environment within a growth company
- Existing relationships that can lead to short-term pilot opportunities
