About the role
As our new colleague you will get plenty of opportunities to get hands-on experience with a wide range of tasks and projects. You will help our team interpret the customer demands related to new trends and technologies in our front-end department. Moreover, you will support internal activities, help with daily office assignments, and get the opportunity to engage in innovative technology teamwork.

As a student assistant in TechXplore you’ll be:
- Applying your Design and Innovation skills to act as a sparring partner in developing NNE’s Research and Development process
- Designing, planning, and facilitating cross-disciplinary design sprints
- Support in administrative tasks
- Identifying new trends and technologies relevant to NNE
- Updating and maintaining NNE’s development pipeline
- Support in identifying, developing, visualizing of concepts
- Applying design thinking/double diamond and futures thinking methodologies in daily work
Who you are

- Can work independently and are comfortable defining your own tasks
- Are adaptable and comfortable navigating a fuzzy front-end environment related to high levels of uncertainty thereby support where it’s needed
- Know how to use standard professional workplace equipment and tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience and comfortable applying a wide range of competencies from the design toolbox (Workshop, design and facilitation tools)
- A good communicator who is aware of your surroundings
- Able to collaborate and work cross-disciplinary
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You're proficient in both spoken and written English
- You have participated in or led multiple design sprint/projects in relation to your study or in previous student jobs
- You might have workplace experience from large multi-disciplinary companies from a previous student job
- You are on your last year of your bachelor or first year of Master’s
- It is an advantage if you are studying Design & Innovation or a similar degree
