Green Hydrogen Systems A/S (GHS) is ready to take a position as one of the world’s leaders in developing and producing electrolysis plants that use electricity from renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen. The GHS modular solutions will help accelerate the market for hydrogen plants to ensure optimal utilization of renewable energy. The global market for electrolysers is significant and is growing rapidly. We are in the process of commercialising our 2nd generation electrolysers, and the vision is that with modular solutions, we will help accelerate the market for hydrogen plants that can ensure optimal utilisation of renewable energy.
With solid owners and close collaboration with major Danish and foreign partners in the energy market, the foundation is in place. We are now looking for a specialist in power electronics and electricity systems with a large drive, who has the ability and desire to participate in the further development of our advanced electrolysis technology.
Tasks
In this job you will be part of a group of highly skilled experts that focus on new innovations in electrolysers in the company’s Technology department. You will be responsible for development of new and improved concepts for electrolyser technology. The approach to development will include literature studies, mathematical modelling, design of new components, planning and conducting experimental investigations, in-depth data analysis of experimentally obtained results, etc.

Your main tasks will be:
- Development of new ideas and technology concepts for electrolyser technology with improved efficiency and reduced cost.
- Planning and conducting laboratory experiments to verify new technology concepts.
- Analysis of experimental data to further improve the understanding of the technology. This will form a foundation for further technological improvements.
- Transfer of new technology concepts and designs to the company’s product development department.
Qualifications and experience
- MSc or PhD in physics, chemistry, engineering, or similar
- Curious and creative mindset
- Laboratory experiments
- Matlab, GNU Octave, Python, R, or similar.
- Sound knowledge within fluid dynamics, electro chemistry and thermodynamics.
- Data analysis.
Moreover, you may have:
- Experience with computer programming, control systems and programmable logic controllers.
- Experience in project management.
