A 1-year position as Postdoc is available in the group of Prof. Rasmus Hartmann-Petersen on a research project focused on intracellular protein degradation in mammalian cells. The project will entail large-scale screening of cDNA libraries, flow sorting, and sequencing, as well as detailed cellular studies using microscopy, immunoprecipitations and Western blotting. The postdoc’s duties will also include teaching and practical supervision of project students. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the listed techniques and preferably also proven experience with deep mutational scanning applied to studies on protein quality control and degradation. Fluency in English is required.
