Your job will include development of novel and executing existing computational methods including machine learning methods to integrate genomics, transcriptomics and epigenomics data set to uncover genomic-epigenomic interactions and cancer evolution trajectories. The tasks will also include quality assessment, processing and filtering of different data modalities, and co-supervision of junior researchers in the group. You will have the opportunity to develop your own research ideas and approaches.
