Do you have a strong scientific background founded in pathology? Do you have experience with global product management and commercialization of medical products? Then you may be the new Global Product Manager we are looking for.
Visiopharm is a world leader in Augmented Pathology™ solutions, implemented in the Oncotopix® suite of digital pathology software for Hospitals, biopharmaceutical companies and research institutions with over 900 licenses worldwide. To further strengthen the Product Management & UX department and ensure the continued growth of our portfolio of cutting-edge digital pathology solutions, Visiopharm is now looking for an experienced Global Product Manager. You will join our dedicated Product Management & UX team, where you will play a crucial part in translating customer needs of the Visiopharm solutions into product specifications as well as deliver technical specifications for the development departments.
Responsibilities
This is a customer centric role and a cross-functional position with local as well as global stakeholders. The development and maintenance of close working relationships with key stakeholders within R&D, Sales, Marketing and QA/RA is key to success.

Responsibilities
- Lead product life-cycle management for existing and/or newly launched digital pathology products
- Define the market requirements (internal and external) for product development by obtaining customer insights and deep understanding of the market and industry trends
- Translate market needs into requirements to guide development of new Pathology Solutions
- Create and maintain key relationships with influential customers and thought leaders
- Understand the market dynamics and competitive landscape – maintaining updated landscape and communicating changes to commercial and marketing team members
- Drive commercialization efforts and market adaptation in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure products meet their commercial objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science or related fields
- Advanced degree (MS, Ph.D., MD)
- Pathology background or Medical degree highly desired
- Several years of product manager experience or marketing/sales within the pathology market
- Business education or business degree highly desired
- Experience in Software or marketing management or equivalent is a plus
- Experience with SaaS product offerings is a plus
- Experience in digital pathology is a plus
