We need a professional recruiter

We need a caring and professional recruiter, who lives in Poland and speak and write Polish and English fluently.

You will be recruiting people for work in Denmark and Norway. You will be hiring in the construction sector, hotel and restaurant, administration, service, engineering and industry.

You must recruit plumbers, carpenters, concrete workers, waiters, cleaners, chefs, engineers, IT experts and so on. You will get more and more orders as time goes by and we learn that we can trust your efficiency and your high quality standards.

You will be expected to recruit at least 10 people every month. Some recruiters are even able to recruit 20-30 each month. They have to be approved by our quality standards, and payment will be paid, when they have arrived safely at the working place.

Payment will be according to production, and you will earn 15.000 DKK for every 10 people, you hire. Our goal is to get you to a point, where you hire a minimum of 20 people per month, so you earn 30.000 DKK per month.

You hire people from Poland or other EU countries such as Bulgaria, Hungary, the Baltic nations, the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and Romania. They must be very good at English in speaking and writing. They must have a valid education and certificate for their craft. We will provide you with all our standards.

You must work from your own home office. Some recruiters visits jobfairs with success. You must make your own strategy to get the candidates.

Your profile:

• Experience from recruitment and/or sales positions will be preferred.
• Experience from the construction sector will be preferred.
• High communication skills.
• High quality standards and ethics.
• Outgoing.
• Good administration and computer skills.
• Caring and loyal.
