An opportunity to join the Web Technologies and Applications team in Group IT who is responsible for web solutions, B2B platforms and cloud-enabling micro services. We are building the next-gen solutions for our B2B customers and end-users, and we need you to create a seamless, solid and best-in-class frontend across websites and custom micro-services. We use Sitecore as our CMS.
Your Responsibilities
You are passionate about developing best-in-class web experiences using the newest technologies in a global setting. You want to take ownership of the frontend and work closely with our colleagues in Marketing/ Digital Channels providing our customers with the best possible online experience and services.
You will sit next to colleagues in IT developing and enhancing the Sitecore backends and .net based micro-services. You will work together with business experts and product owners to implement the User Interfaces.
You will not always have ready-made designs before you will begin the frontend implementation, and so you should be excited about putting the pieces together out of existing design systems. You will report to the head of Web Technologies and Applications.

Expected key tasks
- Owner of the frontend: Frontend development of our Sitecore websites, B2B portal and online applications.
- Transforming ideas from sketches to ready-made frontend designs
- Part of the ongoing agile web development process, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaboration with business, helping convert business user stories into technical specifications and solutions
- Effective maintenance and support
- Cooperation with external development resources
You
We expect you to have a university degree or other relevant technical education. It is important that you can document experience and results from:
- Frontend framework: Preferably React – but if you are an Angular or Vue.js wiz, we still need to talk to you
- JavaScript, CSS and CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS
- REST APIs
- English language skills – verbally and in writing – and helpful by heart
- Preferably, you have Sitecore experience
- Preferably, you have some experience working in a dedicated multi-disciplinary scrum team
- Extra kudos, if you have experience within TDD and modern DevOps principles
