What we Offer
We seek a Manager, IT Business Intelligence to develop end-to-end BI solutions, provide high quality data analysis, modelling, reporting automation for our Global function. Working with various stakeholders from different internal department, understand their BI needs and suggest the best of solutions and make sure solution are delivered on time and within budget.

We seek a Manager, IT Business Intelligence to develop end-to-end BI solutions, provide high quality data analysis, modelling, reporting automation for our Global function. Working with various stakeholders from different internal department, understand their BI needs and suggest the best of solutions and make sure solution are delivered on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities
You will have full responsibility of the following:
- End to end delivery of the demands, translating demands into user stories and getting it delivered with help of development team
- Provide leadership and coaching to the development team
- Sprint planning and release management
- Functional scoping and analysis of demands
- Domain expertise of department he/she is supporting i.e. finance or sales or operations
- End to end Understanding BI & A technology stack and help is designing of solutions
Tactical & Operational:
- Demand management - work with end users of the application
- Project Delivery – take ownership of demand and deliver it end to end
You
- 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management
- Agile way of working
- BI & Analytics projects management experience
- Full Microsoft BI stack with strong understanding of database and ETL concepts
- Multi-year experience using third-party analytical/visualization packages, dashboard design and enterprise intelligence solutions, such as PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, QLIK, SAP Web Intelligence, SharePoint, etc
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in risk management, delivery management and dependency management of projects and generated transparency of projects with in internal teams
